Private sessions are the best way to customize your yoga
practice to meet your specific needs. Whether it is weight
loss, pain management, targeting certain areas, or anything
you fancy, this is the way to make it happen. Each session
is typically an hour. We spend the first few minutes
discussing your goals for the session. The session will
follow with a series of asanas and end in a deep relaxation
exercise. Each time you will receive something to take with
you so you can practice at home. I am willing to come to
you or your work place if this works better for your
schedule. An extra charge is added for a drive over 15
miles. |
